These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made on the Glamor Grace SA website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General

Glamor Grace SA is operated by Bistoh Trading. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

2. Products & pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images. Minor variations in colour or fit may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

3. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge payment by EFT. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & risk

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address or pickup point.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return Policy and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Glamor Grace SA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
